Ear Syringing Service
Ear syringing (or ear irrigation) is an ear cleansing method that is used to remove buildup of earwax which is known medically as cerumen. A buildup of earwax can cause symptoms such as impaired hearing, dizziness, and even ear pain.
Irrigation involves inserting water into the ears to flush the earwax out.
Ear syringing is not recommended for people with certain medical conditions and those who have had eardrum tube surgery. Doctors also have concerns about a person carrying out ear irrigation at home.
Our Ear syringing service costs £40 per ear. During the appointment, our trained healthcare professionals will carry out an initial consultation of the ear(s) and will only proceed if it is appropriate to do so. You may be advised to return at a later date if following the consultation, it is deemed inappropriate to provide the service.
